Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
INMOBILIARIA MEDIODIA S.A. is the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:
- Sending of commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE and related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached an agreement for promotion. - Process orders, requests, respond to queries or any kind of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms made available on the RESPONSIBLE’s website.

For what reason can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- By the USER’s consent: sending of commercial communications and the newsletter.
- By legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, etc. and processing orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or as long as legal prescriptions dictate their custody and when they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request, by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The RESPONSIBLE informs and expressly guarantees to users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever any type of data transfer is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested beforehand. All the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. In case all the data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to their needs.

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
4. AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD
Minimum purchase age is 18 years old.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out
using a secure environment.
We inform you that to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, the holders of a “secured” card will always be able to make payments with AMEX, VISA, or MASTERCARD on our website. In the case that the credit card is not associated with this payment system, the User will not be able to make the purchase. When paying with AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD, the following data will always be requested: the card number, expiration date, and a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.
Delivery Times: As these are products consumed in the establishment, there are no shipments or delivery times.
